i liked the pools. staff kept the areas clean. there were many sun loungers available near the main pool. it did get busier later in the week. yoga with caterina started mornings well. the instructor provided a calming session. andrea sorted day trips for me. she recommended a fabulous restaurant.
my room seemed dark. i booked a superior sea view room. the view was only possible over the top of a hedge.

the grounds were well maintained with beautiful plants and trees. there were three well maintained pools with captivating seaside views. the beds in the room were very comfortable and cleaned daily.
i found no shuttle service to nearby villages. the hotel location is inconvenient who do not wish to drive. restaurant prices and bars felt excessive for sicily.

The rooms, you know, were a bit of a letdown. they lacked decent lighting. It was like a dungeon, not a resort. the air conditioning was struggling too. It barely kept the room cool at night, resulting in some sweaty evenings.

i found the resort setting to be lovely. the natural surroundings featured lush greenery and a crystal clear sea. the rooms were elegant and spacious. every comfort necessary was available. the pool and wellness center were well maintained. this created a total relaxation atmosphere.
customer service seemed slow in every restaurant.

I enjoy the architecture of the place. The staff are really friendly and always ready to help you. I like the cocktails. Those are very good and tasty.
The customer service need improvement. I had to wait a hour to order a drink. The location is quite isolated and difficult to reach town. The water boat wasn't even running.
